Overview
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python.
- Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks (PyTest/Robot Framework preferred).
- Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test plans.
- Perform automated regression, functional, and integration testing across web applications.
- Identify bugs, track them using tools like JIRA, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Execute test cases as part of CI/CD pipelines and maintain test result documentation.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery within defined timelines.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in QA Automation with a strong command of Selenium and Python.
- Hands-on experience in test framework design and script development.
- Knowledge of software testing lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to API testing (using Postman, REST-assured, etc. ).
- Experience working in short-cycle development environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based test environments or Docker.
