Opportunity
We are looking for a QA Engineer whose key goals would be to drive software quality and reduce risks in our releases. This would involve doing both functional tests as well as building the automated tests for our CI systems. Expect lots of challenges and high levels of ownership and autonomy. Come up with testing procedures to validate functional, system, and performance requirements for new features Ensuring the quality of releases for the features by running the test cases and reporting them Write and maintain automated test suites for functional and performance testing Keep the manual test cases updatedParticipate in the product feature design and specification with Product Managers, UX engineers, and developers
What we are looking for?
- 2+ years of total experience in a QA role.
- Should be able to write quality test cases on the problem statement.
- 1+ years of experience in QA automation with any of the Selenium, Playwright or Webdriver.io etc.
- Knowledge of at least one high-level programming language like Python, Javascript, Java etc.
- Hands-on experience with Code version control systems like Git.
- Work with the Customer Support team to reproduce customer problems and provide solutions to customers.
- Experience with RESTful API testing tools like Postman and performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Hands-on experience with Build and Continuous Integration (CI) systems like Jenkins.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix platforms and security aspects of testing is a plus.
