Job Summary

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications by conducting both automated and manual tests. This role requires expertise in testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking and managing bugs. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in Azure Load Testing to evaluate system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium for UI testing and Postman for API testing.
• Set up and configure Postman environments and collections for comprehensive API testing.
• Utilize JMeter for performance and load testing, ensuring the system can handle expected user loads.
• Conduct Azure Load Testing to analyze system performance under varying load conditions.
• Use Azure DevOps for tracking and managing bugs, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Perform thorough manual testing to identify issues in software before release.
• Design and implement robust testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage across various test scenarios.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and refine testing processes.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing software, techniques, and industry best practices.
  
  

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong background in both automated and manual testing.
• Expertise in using Selenium for automated browser testing, Postman for API testing, and JMeter for performance testing.
• Proficient in Azure Load Testing to evaluate and improve system performance.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for bug tracking and project management.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Relevant certifications in testing such as ISTQB are preferred
