QA Engineer - Python

Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer - Python to lead the testing, validation, and quality assurance of our cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust QA strategies, conducting manual and automated testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise in hardware-software integrations will be crucial in enhancing product reliability, performance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies for both hardware and software systems.
• Conduct functional, regression, system, and performance testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Identify, analyze, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain high-quality testing documentation.
• Continuously optimize testing frameworks and QA processes to improve efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in QA/testing of embedded systems, IoT devices, or industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of hardware-software testing methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting (Python).
• Proficiency in QA tools, bug-tracking software, and version control systems (JIRA, Git, etc.).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in robotic automation, industrial systems, or embedded software testing.
• Familiarity with robotic programming, PLCs, or welding simulation tools.
• Knowledge of hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or protocol analyzers.
• Understanding of safety standards for industrial automation and robotics.
