• Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
• Mode: Work From Office, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and software to ensure high-quality standards.
• Write, review, and execute test cases to validate software functionalities, usability, and performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and help track and document defect reports.
• Work closely with developers to understand system requirements and provide detailed feedback on issues.
• Participate in the SDLC process, ensuring quality is integrated at every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Create detailed and clear test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
• Participate in functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Report issues found during testing, maintain defect tracking in tools like Jira, and communicate progress regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases and test plans.
• Experience with Jira for bug tracking and project management.
• QA Automation experience is a plus (familiarity with tools like Selenium or similar automation tools).
• Familiarity with Pen Testing tools like Burp Suite is a plus.
• Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defect resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
