QA Engineer

Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in automation testing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
• Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
• Contribute to test planning and process improvements
• (Optional) Develop and maintain automated test scripts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manual or automated QA testing
• Knowledge of SDLC, test case creation, bug tracking tools (like JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Good understanding of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
