We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our QA team. The Software Tester will be responsible for evaluating, testing, and verifying software to ensure it meets quality standards. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements. Create and automate tests to identify issues and ensure a smooth and error-free user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Development: Design, write, and execute test cases based on the requirements
• Manual & Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing for SaaS application including web browser testing.
• Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, log, and track defects, providing detailed information and collaborating with development teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Regression Testing: Execute and automate regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing features.
• Documentation: Document test procedures and results
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

• Experience: 2 years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in writing test cases and using test delivery tools (JIRA)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., playwright or Jest or selenium).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality.
• Soft Skills: Team work , good communication and documentation skill
  

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Experience testing on various platforms (Windows, iOS, Android) is a plus.
