QA Engineer

Overview

We're looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our engineering team and ensure our systems are robust, reliable, and seamless for users. As our QA Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and understanding their requirements. Besides, you will oversee the development of test procedures and improvements. As an experienced and knowledgeable QA prepare and present quality assurance reports, am responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of products and services, and am familiar with various testing techniques and methodologies, with an awareness of the industry's best QA practices. Apart from this, QA should have an eye for detail and excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and review test plans, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem.
• Ensure that the products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.
• Improving testing efficiency and quality of the product that meets data privacy compliance and mission-critical reliability and performance requirements.
• Supports the product development team by providing expert analysis throughout the inspection process for better improvement at the product-customer level.
• Analyze the data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating to preventing the recurrence and future defects.
  
  

• Having 2+ years of experience in core Manual testing.
• Expertise in running queries in SQL to validate the data and debug issues.
• Ability to write detailed test cases and execute them.
• You should have a thorough understanding and expertise in testing at the UI level.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing and debugging API calls.
• Hands-on experience in Postman.
• Strong understanding of testing data to database transitions.
• Strong advocacy for quality in the team and working towards ensuring quality benchmarks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
• Experience with industry-standard tools for defect tracking, source code management, test case management, and other management and monitoring tools
• Ability to do complex setups and configurations.
• Ability to write a detailed test plan and strategy.
• Strong ability to work independently in a techno-functional environment.
