RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evolve the team's test approach, championing quality as a shared responsibility
• Facilitate quality-focused team practices while working closely with development teams to validate features and deliver them to prodction
• Contribute to technical discussions and decisions that impact product quality and testability
• Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test suites that provide fast, reliable feedback
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected risks and edge cases
  
  

• 1+ year of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
• Proven understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies, including agile
• Demonstrated ability to apply different testing techniques, tools, and approaches based on context
• Strong understanding of REST principles and hands-on experience testing APIs with various tools
• Experience testing complex distributed systems and identifying critical edge cases
• Strong expertise in exploratory testing methodologies
• Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  
  

• Experience establishing and managing effective whole-team test approaches
• Experience with troubleshooting and testing in production environments
• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles
• Background in quality engineering practices
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, penetration testing, and compliance
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and concepts
• Experience with continuous delivery pipelines
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
