Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of e-commerce applications to identify defects and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform payment integration testing to validate transaction processes and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on application functionality.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in the development of testing strategies and methodologies.
- Assist in the implementation of automated testing processes where applicable.
- 2-4 years of experience in QA testing, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with payment integration testing.
- Familiarity with SAP, Shopify, and Commerce tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
