Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in
Appium to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing,
and executing automated test scripts for mobile applications, ensuring high-quality product
releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for Android and iOS applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and define test cases.
- Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing strategies.
- Perform API testing and integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test documentation and report test progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in mobile test automation using Appium.
- Strong understanding of mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience in Appium, Selenium, Java, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
