Job Title: QA Engineer Fresher

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet the requirements and specifications.
• Test Case Creation: Write and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, report, and track defects using the bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests to ensure that newly developed features do not affect existing functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other team members to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Test Environment Setup: Set up and maintain the necessary testing environment for performing different types of tests.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in QA methodologies and tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic Knowledge: Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail to catch bugs and issues.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach problems systematically and logically.
• Familiarity with Testing Tools: Knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or any other is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Basic Programming Knowledge: Understanding of programming concepts is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Any internship or project experience related to QA, testing, or software development.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL for testing database applications.
• Knowledge of automation tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
