Overview
We at Innovecture are hiring for a QA Engineer/Scrum Master to expand our team, this will be a remote role. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Job Description:
- 4+ years of QA engineering experience, ideally with Java-based systems.
- Familiarity with BPM platforms — Camunda experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing backend APIs, workflow logic, and integration points.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and Scrum team dynamics.
- Comfortable leading ceremonies, tracking progress, and maintaining delivery hygiene.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
Nice to Have:
- Camunda certification or deep experience working with BPMN workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservice environments.
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise-scale environment.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus, but not required.
