We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with strong Business Analyst skills to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of our software products while gathering and analyzing business requirements to support project success.

Job description:-

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify defects.
• Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, business requirements, and test results.
• Create and update project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and user manuals.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

Technical Skills:-

• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, user acceptance).
• Ability to create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
