Overview
- Resolve user issues promptly.
- Assist with change request (i.e. amendments or deletions) in the ERP system.
- Contribute to the development of the new ERP system.
- Track, follow up, and close tickets after testing.Monitor delivery challans to ensure accurate scanning.
- Deploy new developments along with server release in the ERP system.
- Create new user accounts, assign access rights, and maintain records.
- Ensure timely payment for the AWS server.
- Regularly check pending reverse vouchers to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Attend meetings at scheduled intervals.
- Schedule team training on the ERP system & processes from time-to-time for users.
- Prepare, monitor, and present reports to management as needed.
