Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled API and Application Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of web and mobile applications through both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on API validation and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of APIs and applications (web & mobile).
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Validate RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or JMeter.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing before releases.
• Create detailed reports on test results and provide actionable feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, JMeter).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP methods.
• Knowledge of bug tracking and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with performance/load testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of database testing using SQL queries.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
