Critical (List 3-5) Target = 100%

R 1. Experience with quality assurance methodologies including smoke testing, regression testing, UAT testing, functional testing, integration testing, test automation, etc.

R 2. Strong experience in SQL testing

R 3. Strong Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams distributed across geography

R 4. Knowledge in reporting testing (Query, data, function validation)

R 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead team.

Preferred (List 5-7) Target >= 50%

R 1. Ability to identify complex problems and effectively document and communicate them to the development team.

R 2. Experience in MicroStrategy

Additional (List 3-5) Target >= 33%

R 1. Knowledge of Looker

R 2. Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouse like Snowflake
