About the job:
We are looking for an early-career QA/Testing Engineer who acts like a detective. You aren't just checking boxes; you are protecting the customer experience. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented 'go-getter' who wants to build a long-term career in quality and grow with a scaling company.You will work closely with our development and support teams to test new features, investigate issues, and perform root-cause analysis. This is not a 'follow-the-manual' role. We do not offer a heavily structured environment with senior QA trainers. Instead, we offer the autonomy to own the process, ask the hard questions, and drive product quality end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work on systems testing of new features to identify bugs, UI inconsistencies, and edge cases
2. Conduct impact analysis before releases to identify risks across permissions, reporting, and data flows
3. Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose customer-reported issues to support faster resolution
4. Act as the customer's voice by ensuring clarity in requirements and upholding quality standards
5. Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and scripts for manual and regression testing
6. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to generate test scenarios, analyze logs, and enhance regression coverage
7. Support the implementation of automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, or Playwright as the product scales

B. Technical Skills:
1. Foundational QA: Knowledge of functional, regression, and UAT testing
2. Technical Literacy: Ability to use Browser DevTools, understand API basics (Postman), and write basic SQL queries to verify data
3. AI Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate documentation and edge-case generation
C. Experience:
1. 0–2 years in testing, including testing SaaS B2B enterprise applications.
2. Fresh graduates or career-restarters are welcome if they can demonstrate a “builder” mentality, an interest in media, sports, live events, or broadcast workflows, and a strong customer-oriented approach, testing as a client representative rather than assisting developers.
