careers@aristagroup.netWe are looking for a technically skilled QAD eQMS Technical Specialist to provide end-to-end support, development, and administration of our QAD electronic Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of QAD eQMS and its infrastructure, including integration with ERP systems, data migration, system validation, and regulatory compliance support.
This role will partner with IT, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders to maintain and enhance eQMS functionality, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and maintain QAD eQMS modules including Document Management, CAPA, Change Control, Audit, and Training.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for QAD eQMS administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Perform system installations, patches, and updates in coordination with QAD and internal teams.
- Integrate QAD eQMS with ERP systems (e.g., QAD ERP, SAP), HR systems, and other business applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (e.g., configuration specs, validation plans, change logs).
- Support computer system validation (CSV) activities in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, and ISO standards.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with QAD support services for issue resolution and roadmap planning.
- Assist in user access control, data migration, and reporting development.
- Provide technical training to end-users and super users.
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Industry experience in a quality-related field / areas
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical role supporting QAD eQMS or a comparable enterprise quality system.
- Strong understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with system validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), testing tools, and audit trail monitoring.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting (e.g., Python, Shell), and system integration (API, web services).
- Familiarity with document management systems and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with QAD ERP, QAD Cloud, or other QAD modules.
- Hands-on experience with QAD eQMS cloud implementations and migrations.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and risk assessments in regulated environments.
- ITIL or project management certification is a plus.
