Overview
The job involves witnessing and inspecting fabrication and site activities to ensure project specifications are met. Daily inspections involve safety, piping, material preservation, and proper implementation of welding procedures. The job also involves coordination with subcontractors, conducting hardness tests, reviewing line checks, and conducting hydro and pneumatic tests. The final inspection for system mechanical completion certificate (SMCC) ensures system completeness and corrects any non-compliance. Maintaining all QC and QA protocols as per client and company requirements.
