Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies, and ensuring that the testing process is effectively managed and assessed. Your role will be pivotal in driving quality across the application lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into testing strategies. - Experience with quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Ability to develop and implement key performance metrics for testing processes. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
