Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. By implementing effective quality processes and methodologies, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure that testing is aligned with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Downstream Retail Technology. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Downstream Retail Technology. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
