Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to achieve optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Develop and maintain testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in testing processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in defect tracking and management tools. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance testing efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
