Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied to meet project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
