Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced React Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and proficiency in leading teams. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our B2B SaaS tool, Clapgrow, designed to streamline operations and task management for businesses.

This is an on-site, full-time role requiring technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

● Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.

● Work extensively with React (core strength) and Redux for building interactive front-end components.

● Implement RESTful APIs and back-end logic using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

● Utilize TypeScript and Angular (latest versions preferred) where applicable.

● Manage responsive UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.

● Integrate third-party libraries and NPM packages like Socket.IO and Async.

● Collaborate in an Agile environment and adhere to industry-standard coding practices.

● Provide team mentorship and oversee the delivery of technical tasks.

● Work on React Native for mobile app development (preferred but not mandatory).

● Exhibit familiarity with Python for cross-functional tasks (added advantage).

● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimization for performance.

Key Skills:

● Front-end: React.js, Redux, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, JQuery

● Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, NoSQL

● Other Tools/Platforms: VS Code, Sublime Text, AWS, Heroku

● Agile Methodologies

● Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and responsive design principles

● Familiarity with MySQL and Python (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
