React/Angular Developer

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a proficient React or Angular Developer to design, develop, and deliver dynamic, user-centric web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organization’s digital initiatives by creating scalable, maintainable front-end solutions that enhance user experience and support strategic business objectives.

Software Requirements

• Required:
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular (latest stable versions)
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI, etc.)
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, NgRx, or other state management libraries
• Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress)
  

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React or Angular
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement intuitive features
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional code, ensuring responsiveness across devices
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, follow best practices in front-end development, and ensure consistency across projects
• Work within Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver features on time
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to inform continuous improvement
• Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and technical guidelines

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in front-end development with ReactJS or Angular
• Proven experience delivering complex web applications in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Experience working in Agile teams, delivering features in iterative cycles
• Ability to translate user experience design into functional and optimized code
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  
  

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design and implement new UI components and features based on requirements
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Review code, conduct technical discussions, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration
• Participate in planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment
• Evaluate new front-end tools and libraries, recommending best practices for adoption
• Troubleshoot UI issues, debug across browsers/devices, and resolve frontend bugs
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed features
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Scrum, or Angular/React certifications) are a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in ReactJS or Angular with a strong portfolio of completed projects
