Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Developer with extensive experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, React, and front-end development, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly applications.

Experience: 8 -12 years

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Mode of Work: Full time -hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications.
  
• Work hands-on with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
  
• Develop complex UI components using React 17+ and TypeScript (preferred).
  
• Implement advanced features such as asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and reactive programming (Promises, RxJS).
  
• Build responsive designs using CSS3, Bootstrap, and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-js).
  
• Convert mockups and prototypes from Figma or Illustrator into functional web components.
  
• Ensure code quality through unit testing with tools such as Karma, Jasmine, Enzyme.
  
• Collaborate with backend teams; basic understanding of Node.js is an advantage.
  
• Maintain version control using Git and follow industry-standard coding practices.
  
• Work effectively within a team while demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in front-end/web development.
  
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES2023); proficiency in TypeScript is a plus.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with React (17 and above).
  
• Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
  
• Familiarity with Promises, RxJS, and asynchronous programming.
  
• Exposure to CSS-in-JS libraries (styled-js or similar).
  
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Enzyme.
  
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills.
  
  
  

Good to have skills:

• Working knowledge of Node.js.
  
• Experience in optimizing front-end performance for scalability.
  
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
