Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer / React Lead with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of front-end development experience, with over 5 years of expertise in React.js and its modern ecosystem. As a lead, you'll drive architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality code through best practices and testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture for front-end projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Implement and enforce best practices in front-end development, including code reviews and testing.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL , and WebSocket services.
• Oversee the implementation of state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX , React Query).
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and version control practices.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and trends.
  
  
  

Required Skills :

• 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development .
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js , including Hooks , Context API , and Redux .
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Proficiency with Webpack, Vite, Babel , and other modern build tools.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and WebSockets .
• Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design techniques.
• Expertise with testing tools like Jest , React Testing Library , and Cypress .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and modern development workflows.
