Job Summary

Zemoso Technologies is hiring a passionate and skilled React Developer – Team Lead to join our fast-growing product engineering team in Pune. This hybrid role combines hands-on coding and team leadership, with opportunities to work on innovative projects from scratch and build SDKs for enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a React development team while contributing individually.
• Design and develop scalable React applications from scratch.
• Develop SDKs and reusable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and scrum masters.
• Review pull requests, mentor developers, and manage delivery quality.
• Enforce compliance with SDLC and Agile standards.
• Stay up to date with front-end best practices and trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of solid React.js development experience
• Proven experience with application development from scratch
• Experience with SDK development for React platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade SDLC processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js and core JavaScript

Salary Range:

• 5–7 years → ₹21 – ₹25 LPA
• 8–9 years → ₹30 – ₹32 LPA
• 10+ years → Up to ₹40 LPA

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
