Rental Man Business Analyst

Overview

Work closely with the Oracle EBS team to plan integration strategies. Outline project timelines and milestones specific to Rental Man applications.

Identify any customization needed within Rental Man applications for seamless integration. Coordinate with developers to implement these customizations.

Ensure real-time synchronization of rental management data with Oracle EBS. Monitor data consistency across both platforms.

Optimize rental management workflows by leveraging the integrated capabilities of both systems. Recommend improvements based on user feedback post-integration.

Address any issues arising during or after the integration process promptly Liaise with technical teams from both sides for quick resolution Maintain comprehensive documentation covering all aspects of the integration Update documents regularly reflecting changes or updates made over time

Responsibilities

* Must have prior experience in leading teams and client-facing roles

* Monitoring of ticket queues

* Investigate the issues/tickets & provide resolution or triage them and hand them over to the Next Level Support team if needed

* Provide the Governance & Reporting function to the program

* Assign and Prioritize the Issues/Requests

* Continuously improves the health of the program by improving knowledge management & process upliftment

* Identify Automation Opportunities and work with the team for Build and Implementation

* Ability to develop reports on incident volumes, SLA compliance, Root Cause Analysis

* Must have experience in Salesforce admin or support

-Relevant 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Rental Man Business Analyst.

-Experience with Rental Man & Oracle EBS integration – Look for candidates who have worked on Rental Man application and Oracle EBS (ERP) systems, especially in integration or support roles.

-Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis – Look for terms like "ticket resolution," "incident management," "SLA compliance," and "RCA reporting."

Excellent communication skills with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

Should join within 15 days (Notice Period).

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
