About the Role
Frequency Seeking a highly motivated Research Software Engineer to work on cutting-edge Deep Neural Network architectures for solving complex problems in the Antibody Discovery space.

This is a core research + engineering role, focused on building models from scratch, mathematical reasoning, and end-to-end R&D ownership — not a Data Analytics or MLOps role.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• MTech / MS / MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, ML, or related fields
• 2–5 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer / Research Engineer

• Hands-on experience working with Deep Neural Networks during thesis or professional projects

• Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)

• Hands-on experience building custom Deep Neural Networks

• Solid foundation in Software Engineering, Machine Learning & Mathematics

• Prior experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-domain teams

• Curiosity to explore new research problem statements

• Strong learning agility and adaptability

• Experience building custom Diffusion Models

• Experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs)

• Experience with Point Cloud Architectures

• Background or interest in computational biology / bioinformatics
