Business And Project Performance Analysis
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of various business units and real estate projects.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into performance trends.
- Revenue and Cost Analysis: Analyze revenue sources, cost drivers, and profitability margins.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Operational Gap Analysis and Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and drive the implementation of new processes.
- Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Build financial models for project feasibility, investment analysis, and business planning.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Develop and present clear and concise reports and presentations to senior management.
- Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) from a reputed institute.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a business analyst or financial analyst role.
- Real estate industry experience is a significant value addition.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with financial analysis software and ERP systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to use SQL for data extraction is a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and financial principles.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
- Knowledge of Real estate financial metrics.
- Process Improvement: Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies
