Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RF wireless network infrastructure.
• Perform tower climbing for antenna and microwave equipment setup.
• Conduct RF site surveys, link planning, and signal testing.
• Collaborate with network engineers on integration and upgrades.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance at all times.

Skills Required:

• Experience with microwave radios, RF spectrum analysis, and wireless networking.
• Familiarity with tools like GPS, spectrum analyzer, and link planners.
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights.
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, PTP, PTMP, LTE, etc.).
• Must be able to travel to field locations as needed.

Eligibility:

• 2+ years in RF networking fieldwork.
• Diploma/BE in ECE, Telecommunication, or related field.
• Physically fit for tower climbing duties.
