About The Role

As a Risk Data Analyst in our Corporate Solutions Risk Management team, you'll be at theintersection of data, technology, and risk management. You'll develop end-to-end solutions thatenhance our risk activities across various domains, from underwriting to operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiencyof risk activities
• Translate complex Risk Management Framework requirements into practical end-to-endsolutions
• Apply your technology and analytics expertise to create innovative applications, including AIfunctionality
• Leverage existing applications, reporting tools, and automation technologies to optimizerisk management processes
• Analyze significant volumes of data to extract meaningful insights for risk assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliverappropriate technology solutions
• Support applications and solutions after implementation to ensure continued effectiveness
  
  

You'll be joining the CorSo Global Risk Management team responsible for risk reporting &analytics, operational risk management, and CRO office activities of the Business Unit. The teamcomprises senior experts who provide risk oversight on bespoke Corporate Solutions activities.Working closely with regional Chief Risk Officers, the team implements risk frameworks withinvarious locations and coordinates global risk topics. Fully embedded in the Group RiskManagement organization, the team collaborates broadly with Swiss Re Group risk functions toensure comprehensive risk management across the organization.

You're a detail-oriented analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex problems throughdata. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to balance detailed analytics with big-picturethinking makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Meet These Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing significant data volumes
• Experience in translating business requirements into technology solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
