Senior Software Engineer (React)

About The Role

We are a leading provider of Real Estate CRM in Australia and New Zealand and have ambitious growth plans in the immediate future. We are looking to add a talented software engineer to our development team.

You will be part of a team of experienced, friendly and committed developers operating in an Agile environment. As a React Developer, you will help develop the next generation of our apps. Familiarity with React and its ecosystem is essential so past experience with a React codebase is a must. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with a fast-moving environment, can learn quickly, and will fit into our culture of innovation, fun and collaboration. You will help develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

Required Skills

• Professional experience with JavaScript frameworks (4+ years with a minimum of 2 years React)
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+)
• Strong understanding of the DOM/CSS/SASS/HTML
• Experience in unit testing
• Experience using Web APIs (ideally GraphQL)
• An appreciation of UI details and responsive designs
• Some backend experience (e.g. Rails, PHP, Java, Node, .Net Core)
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Ruby on Rails experience would be highly regarded
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with databases such as MariaDB and/or Postgres
• Experience in an Agile, Scrum, Kanban environment
