SAFe - Scrum Master

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, enabling high performing, self-organizing teams to deliver value consistently. The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting Agile principles, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.

This role requires strong experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and coaching teams in modern product‑centric ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Scrum values and Agile principles
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices to improve flow, collaboration, and delivery outcomes
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery
• Partner with Product Owners to support effective backlog refinement and prioritization
• Enable transparency through Agile metrics and support data‑driven continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across teams
• Support scaled Agile practices (e.g., SAFe) and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders as required
  
  

• Up to 15 years of overall IT Experience with minimum 4 years as scrummaster
• Strong hands-on experience applying Scrum and Agile frameworks in product or delivery teams‑on experience applying
• Should have worked with at least one Scaled Agile framework (e.g. SAFe, Scrum@Scale etc.)
• Proven ability to coach teams, facilitate discussions, and drive continuous improvement
• Experience working with cross‑functional, distributed, and multi‑stakeholder teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Knowledge or experience in AI frameworks and AI‑enabled product delivery models
• Exposure to applying Agile ways of working in AI‑driven or data‑centric initiatives
• Strong inclination towards continuous learning and willingness to upskill in emerging practices/frameworks
