SAFe Agile Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master to guide Agile teams operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) objectives.

The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe framework guidelines.
• Remove impediments that block team progress and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Owners to support Program Increment execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement through Agile metrics and retrospectives.
• Track and communicate team progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders.
• Foster a Lean-Agile mindset across the team and organization.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must Have Skills

Strong knowledge of **Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and **Scrum practices.
Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and team coaching.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
Experience managing cross-team dependencies in large-scale Agile programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have Skills

Certification such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Experience working in large-scale Agile transformation programs.
Background in IT software development or enterprise project delivery.
Familiarity with Agile tools like **Jira or **Azure DevOps.
