Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backoffice Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, streamline sales operations, and ensure seamless coordination between different departments. The ideal candidate should have a holistic approach, excellent analytical skills, and strong organizational abilities to manage data, track sales performance, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing leads, customer inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Order Processing & Documentation: Manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contract documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Sales Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfilment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a back-office sales coordination or sales support role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other sales tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and proactively streamline sales processes.
