Spare Parts Sales Data Analyst for Tissue (based in Pune, India)

We are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Data Analyst to support the business with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
This role will work on transactional data coming from two different ERP systems (SPA and LN), transforming raw data into actionable insights to support commercial decisions, identify sales potential and improve performance.
We are not looking for a pure executor, but for a proactive thinker who challenges assumptions, proposes ideas and actively supports business growth.
In this position, you will be required to,
Perform Data Analysis & Define Business Insights
- Analyze transactional sales data from multiple ERP systems.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities in the market.
- Support sales and management with Performance analysis, Customer segmentation, Sales potential assessment, Win/loss analysis
Support Business Decision
- Translate business questions into analytical models.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Act as sparring partner for sales and management teams.
Create Reporting & Visualization
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Develop or use existing semantic models using: Power Query (M) and DAX measures
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability.
Support with Digital & Automation
- Use M365 ecosystem to:
- Build smart Excel models
- Create Power Apps for data collection & automation
- Support process digitalization
Strong SQL skills. Advanced Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M) Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of M365 ecosystem: Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate Strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to transform data into business insights. Structured and critical thinking. Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way. Business-oriented mindset. Proactive attitude. Curious and innovation-driven. Ownership and accountability. Experience in data analysis, business intelligence or similar roles. Experience working with ERP transactional data. Bachelor/Master in: Engineering, Data Science, Economics, IT Fluent English required.
