✅ 8+ years as a BA | 2+ years in Salesforce projects
☁️ Strong with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud
🔧 Hands-on with flows, dashboards, workflows, and reports
🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
💡 Sharp thinking and process modeling expertise
Bonus Points
⭐ Salesforce certs (BA, Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant)
