Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can drive the enhancement of the Salesforce platform by working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, and support the implementation of Salesforce functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce System Enhancements & Implementation

• Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and implement solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
• Support testing efforts, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and system demos.
• Support change management efforts and user adoption strategies.
• Ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Data Management & Integration Support

• Ensure data integrity and best practices for data migration and cleansing.
• Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Provide support for Salesforce security, permissions, and access controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst with at least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, automation (flows, workflows, process builder), and data management.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation (e.g., BRD, user stories, wireframes).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
• Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹81,956.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
