Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 9+ years of experience to lead requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure business needs are effectively translated into functional solutions. Salesforce knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Business Stakeholders: Understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Document Requirements: Create functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria quickly and efficiently.
• Create Flows and Diagrams: Develop process flows, diagrams, and other visual aids to simplify complex requirements.
• Facilitate Workshops: Lead requirement workshops, sprint planning, UAT sessions, and demos.
• Collaborate on Solutions: Work with technical teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
• Conduct Analysis: Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for new requests or enhancements.
• Align Solutions: Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices and platform capabilities.
• Support Testing: Provide input into test plans and support end-user testing efforts.
• Assist in Change Management: Help with user training and post-implementation support.
• Monitor Progress: Track project progress and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Clarify Requirements: Go on board and clarify requirements with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 9+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Domain: Auto domain industry experience is required.
• Understanding of analytics and reporting capability is plus
• Salesforce knowledge is plus
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed and quick documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Visual Aids: Proficiency in creating flows, diagrams, and other visual aids.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to simplify requirements and clarify them effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
