Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect with strong insurance domain knowledge to design and lead enterprise-scale client experience solutions. This role will focus on architecting secure, scalable, and integrated customer and partner portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud, aligned with multi-channel customer engagement strategies across the insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations

• Design and govern customer, partner, and agent portals for insurance use cases

• Align client experience platforms with customer journey, omnichannel, and digital strategy

• Define and manage integration architecture between Salesforce and core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing, CRM, data platforms)

• Collaborate with business, UX, and technology teams to translate insurance requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and security models for Experience Cloud

• Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance with insurance regulatory requirements

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and solution teams

• Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall experience in Salesforce / enterprise architecture roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud

• Proven insurance domain experience (policy administration, claims, customer servicing, distribution channels)

• Solid understanding of client experience tools and customer engagement channels (web portals, mobile, self-service, partner channels)

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware (APIs, REST/SOAP, event-based integration, ESB/iPaaS)

• Experience integrating Salesforce with core insurance platforms and external systems

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Experience Cloud, Integration Architecture, System Architect)

• TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification

• Experience with cloud platforms and modern API management tools

• Exposure to omnichannel CX and digital insurance initiatives
