Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, in collaboration with CAE's technical architect.
Lead the technical implementation, including development of custom features and interfaces.
Create and maintain technical documentation: design specifications, deployment guides, and support materials.
Align system features with business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with business teams, developers, and IT stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for organizational needs.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B and Sales Cloud integration.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
Experience in managing technical scope and stakeholder expectations.
Exposure to integration of multiple technologies with Salesforce
