Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect with at least 6 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, including strong hands-on expertise in Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity). The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, industry-specific solutions for telecom and media clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions

· Define and implement CPQ, Order Management, Product Catalog, and Industry Processes

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions

· Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure best practices in configuration and coding

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources

· Drive solution workshops and client presentations

Requirements:

· Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design

· 2+ years working with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity

· Strong knowledge of CPQ, Product Catalog (CME), and Industry Process Models

· Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional, Application/System Architect, or Platform Developer II preferred

· Experience working with telco or media clients is a plus
