We’re looking for a driven and versatile Salesforce-Integrated Software Engineer to join our fast-growing technology team. This hybrid engineering role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting robust, user-centric software solutions while building deep technical integrations with Salesforce. What You’ll Do

Salesforce Development & Customization

Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Extend the Salesforce ecosystem by integrating with external services and systems through RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Translate business needs into secure and scalable Salesforce features and flows.

Full Stack Application Development

Engineer modern, responsive user interfaces using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Develop backend services and APIs using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.

Design, implement, and optimize database structures to support both platform-specific and external applications.

Integration & Infrastructure

Architect and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and internal systems, third-party platforms, and cloud-based tools.

Ensure secure data movement and synchronization using middleware, APIs, or native Salesforce features.

Performance & Maintenance

Proactively debug, test, and monitor software systems to ensure high performance and uptime.

Implement best practices around reliability, scalability, and code reusability.

Agile Collaboration

Work in a cross-functional Agile team, actively participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, designers, and business users to deliver high-impact software solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Skills

3+ years of professional experience in full stack software engineering, with a strong foundation in Salesforce development.

Proficiency in Salesforce tools and languages: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.

Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid backend development skills with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and version control using Git.

Nice-to-Have

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator.

Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.

Familiarity with platforms like Heroku, MuleSoft, or Salesforce DX.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
