- Should have 8 years of hands-on experience in end to end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development, etc.
- Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed.
- Extraordinary skills needed to listen to the end-users demands and translate that to requirement/user stories.
- Should be able to translate business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members.
- Should have experience in Native & Customized reports.
- Should know the functionality end to end and be capable to train the end-users as needed.
- Should be able to prepare test cases along with the PO and Tester.
- Should also be experienced in preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner.
- Should work more closely with the Product Owner and support the PO as needed.
- Hands-on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage.
- 3 months Onsite and then Offshore.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience with lightning framework such as Aura and LWC components and lightning web component, Apex Programming.
- Experience in integration of Salesforce with other systems (including microservices) via MuleSoft, API Gateway, etc.
- Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations.
- Develop customized solutions within Salesforce platform (Visualforce, Components, Apex Controller, Trigger, Callouts).
- Experience in Integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications using Mulesoft.
- Experience in testing stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Responsible to provide Tier 3 support.
