- Configure and manage loyalty programs within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
- Integrate Loyalty Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules
- Design personalized member experiences and reward strategies
- Analyze loyalty data to improve member engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end implementation
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and ecosystem
- Knowledge of customer engagement strategies
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
