Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

Job Description: Position - Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer:

1 Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud: Data Management & Modeling-Data Stream, Data Lake Object, Data Model, Identity & Segmentation, Calculated Insights

2 Basic Understanding of Administration of Salesforce Data Cloud: Managing user roles, permissions, External System Integration

3 Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS concepts: Real project experience of writing SQL queries from scratch with good understanding of RDMS concepts to optimize queries as per requirements

4 Strong in Data concepts for profiling and data object schema design (data modeling)

5 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, External Teams to design solutions and integrate Data Cloud with enterprise systems.

6 Knowledge of Einstein and Agentforce related to Data Cloud

7 Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to trace data issues end-to-end.

Nice to have:

1 Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data extensions, automations, data views, and Contact/Subscriber model

2 Understand the data flow between source systems to build/optimize data pipelines in SFMC

3 some programming language like python and experience in building/optimizing data pipelines.

4 Marketing Domain B2B knowledge and support campaign teams with data preparation, segmentation logic, and audience readiness.

5 Nice to have experience in Journey Builder.

6 Working knowledge of AMPscript/SSJS

Qualifications: Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
