Overview

Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6+ Years

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in both manual and automated testing. You'll work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations, ensuring performance, accuracy, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration & performance testing
Develop and maintain automated scripts (Selenium preferred)
Conduct API testing (Postman/SoapUI) and write SQL queries for validation
Use tools like Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dev Console
Collaborate with developers, report defects, and improve test strategies

Requirements

Strong Salesforce testing experience
Familiarity with GIT, JIRA, and SDLC
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Salesforce certification (preferred)
